.DISCUSSION...
Hot and humid conditions persist through at least Monday, with
afternoon heat indices of 100 to 105 degrees in most areas. Light
and disorganized winds today will result in poor ventilation.
Winds become southerly on Monday and increase slightly in speed,
resulting in fair ventilation. Isolated storms are possible today
and Monday (20%), then a front will offer a better chance for
storms Monday night through Tuesday (30-40%). Behind the front,
cooler temperatures arrive for the latter half of the week, with
minimal precipitation chances.
