* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Minor agricultural flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 29.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 30.1 feet early tomorrow
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
    Wednesday morning.
