  Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Morgan, Schuyler, Cass and
  Brown Counties.

  Illinois River at Havana affecting Fulton, Cass and Mason
  Counties.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. River levels will
continue to slowly fall.

  - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Friday was 15.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 10.9 feet
    Friday, July 24.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
