Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 137 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported lingering flooding from recent heavy rain. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain fell from Wednesday through Sunday. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
