In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar and Moultrie. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence and Richland. * WHEN...Through 7 AM Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches is likely through Saturday night due to multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms. The heaviest rains of 2 to 3 inches will fall Friday afternoon and Friday night.
