...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 7 AM SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and southeast Illinois,
  including the following counties, in central Illinois, Shelby. In
  east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar
  and Moultrie. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham,
  Jasper, Lawrence and Richland.

* WHEN...Through 7 AM Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches is likely
    through Saturday night due to multiple rounds of showers and
    thunderstorms. The heaviest rains of 2 to 3 inches will fall
    Friday afternoon and Friday night. Significant river flooding
    may develop during this period.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
