FOR NORTHEASTERN SWITZERLAND...WEST CENTRAL BRACKEN...KENTON...
SOUTHERN CAMPBELL...SOUTHERN BOONE...NORTHERN GRANT...PENDLETON AND
EASTERN GALLATIN COUNTIES...

At 823 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Falmouth to 8 miles west of Dry Ridge, moving
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Covington, Florence, Independence, Alexandria, Williamstown, Walton,
Falmouth, Claryville, Union, Crittenden, Dry Ridge, Butler, Ryland
Heights, Glencoe, Patriot, Visalia, Atwood, Grants Lick, Ryle, and
Northcutt.

This includes the following Interstates...
 I-71 in Kentucky between mile markers 62 and 77.
 I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 156 and 177.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
