* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Southwestern Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 315 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast
  of Rome, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Portsmouth, Rosemount, Lucasville, Lombardsville, Friendship,
  Mcdermott, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Saint Paul, Firebrick,
  West Portsmouth, and Turkey Creek Lake.
