* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Southeastern Adams County in south central Ohio...
  Southern Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 453 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Manchester,
  moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Vanceburg, Greenup, South
  Webster, Rosemount, Rome, Sciotodale, Franklin Furnace, Sandy
  Springs, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Saint Paul, Firebrick,
  Haverhill, West Portsmouth, Tannery, Turkey Creek Lake, Friendship,
  and Powellsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
