...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog have developed across parts of west-central Ohio
early this morning. The fog may be locally dense with visibilities
less than one quarter of a mile at times. Motorists should be
prepared for rapid changes in visibilities across short distances
due to the patchy nature of the dense fog. Visibilities should
improve by 9 AM EDT.
