...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF CENTRAL GRANT AND
EASTERN OWEN COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 PM EDT...
At 930 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles west of Dry
Ridge, moving south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to
vegetation.
Locations impacted include...
Williamstown, Corinth, Stewartsville, Elk Lake, Beechwood, Harmony,
Long Ridge, Natlee, Twin Bridges, Keefer, Needmore, New Columbus,
Holbrook, and Lawrenceville.
This includes I-75 in Kentucky between mile markers 144 and 151.
