Rating: EF0 Estimated Peak Wind: 80 mph Path Length /statute/: 3.0 miles Path Width /maximum/: 200 yards Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 0 Start Date: 04/03/2025 Start Time: 12:58 AM EDT Start Location: 2 ENE Five Points / Warren County / OH Start Lat/Lon: 39.5725 / -84.1612 End Date: 04/03/2025 End Time: 01:01 AM EDT End Location: 3 SSE Centerville / Montgomery County / OH End Lat/Lon: 39.6012 / -84.1194 Survey Summary: The tornado is believed to have touched down just to the east of State Route 48 and north of E. Lytle 5 Points Road as extensive tree damage was observed within the Winding Creek neighborhood. Several homes along Winding Run Blvd. also sustained some minor siding damage. Sporadic tree damage extended further to the northeast beyond the Warren/Montgomery County line where more large trees were uprooted and damaged along a portion of East Social Row Rd east of Mount Holly Avenue. Tree damage was also noted further to the northeast near/along Nutt Road and Clyo Road. Additional sporadic/isolated tree damage into southwestern Greene County is believed to have been straight-line in nature as it is believed the tornado lifted prior to crossing the Greene County line.
