Survey Summary:

The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF0 tornado
southeast of North Hampton in Clark County, Ohio.

The first evidence of this tornado occurred on Johnson Road east
of Folk Ream Road, with several downed tree branches and a few
small snapped trees. On Shrine Road, north of Johnson Road, there
was a significant amount of damage to corn on both sides of the
road. The corn damage was evident well to the east of Shrine
Road.

The National Weather Service would like to thank the Clark County
Emergency Management Agency for their assistance.
