            Corrects previous flash flood report from 2
            NNE Lancaster. Fetters Run Creek has
            overtopped the bridge along College Avenue
            and is out of its banks, with water rushing
            over the road and flooding the stage and
            equipment at the Lancaster Festival. Venue
            evacuated.

            Flash flooding along Fetters Run near
            College Avenue caused damage to roadway, as
            well as flooding the Lancaster Festival
            stages and equipment.

            Corrects time from previous flash flood
            report from 3 NNE Lancaster. An insurance
            building along Lancaster-Newark Road NE near
            Creekside drive was overrun with several
            feet of flowing water from Fetters Run. Six
            cars in the parking lot were also affected.

            Corrects time of previous flash flood report
            from 1 E Lancaster. Water rescues occurred
            in apartment complex along Sater Drive where
            water was over three feet deep. Dozens of
            cars flooded. High water remained through at
            least 7PM.
