precipitation, fuels are unlikely to dry out before the next round of
precipitation arrives tonight and Wednesday morning. Snow showers become
more likely Wednesday afternoon and evening, ending sometime Thursday.
Gusty winds will decrease Wednesday night as high pressure moves in for
Thursday.
