...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Licking County, Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 620 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain had fallen in the
    warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 3 inches of
    rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but little
    to no additional rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Hanover, Toboso, Newark, Heath, Granville, Hebron, Marne,
    Jersey,
    Alexandria, St. Louisville, Gratiot, Fredonia and
    Brownsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
