...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northeastern Wayne County, Indiana.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 321 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced 2
    to 4 inches of rain across the warned area. Flooding is
    ongoing.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Richmond, Fountain City, Spring Grove, Bethel, Whitewater,
    Williamsburg and Middleboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
