...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Ohio River at Markland Dam.
* WHEN...Until this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 51.0 feet, Mainly lowland areas near the river are
impacted with some roads along both the Indiana and Kentucky side
of the river experiencing minor flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EST Thursday the stage was 50.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain just above flood
stage into this afternoon with a crest of 51.0 feet. It will
then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 51.0 feet.
