...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following county, in northern Kentucky, Owen.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
  be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 154 AM EDT, radar indicated moderate rain continuing.
    Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4
    inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of
    0.5 to 1 inch are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Owenton, Monterey, Gratz, Elmer Davis Lake, Elk Lake,
    Needmore, Beechwood, Squiresville, Natlee and New Columbus.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
