Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Loveland, Blanchester, Lynchburg, New Vienna, Morrow, Woodville, Maineville, Goshen, Martinsville, Midland, Butlerville, Pleasant Plain, Westboro, Middleboro, State Route 123 at State Route 132, Edenton, Cuba, Morrisville, Dallasburg and Murdock.
