The National Weather Service in Wilmington has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Bracken County in northern Kentucky...
  Mason County in northern Kentucky...
  Robertson County in northern Kentucky...

* Until 900 AM EST.

* At 433 AM EST, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced heavy
  rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Maysville, Washington, Vanceburg, Augusta, Lewisburg, Brooksville,
  Tollesboro, Camp Dix, Head of Grassy, Neville, Mount Olivet, Santa
  Fe, Dover, Germantown, Sardis, Chilo, Concord and Orangeburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
