.DISCUSSION...
KEY MESSAGE 1)
A short wave will move through shallow west northwest flow this
weekend which will bring increasing high and mid clouds, particularly
tonight into Sunday. Then, an expansive mid level ridge will
translate east, becoming centered over the Tennessee Valley Tuesday
into Wednesday.

It is not out of the question that there could be a few sprinkles out
of the mid deck tomorrow, but the chance of measurable rain is
extremely low. So, dry conditions will continue into mid week.

There remains the potential for a front to sag into the area later in
the week as the mid level high gets suppressed south while a short
wave moves across the Great Lakes. But timing and occurrence are
uncertain.

A warming trend will occur with temperatures getting into the lower
90s next week, possibly even some mid 90s. Dew points will rise once
low level southerly flow become established. Heat indices could
approach 100 by Wednesday.

.AVIATION /12Z SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY/...
Visibility restrictions at KLUK will end early and then likely
redevelop late in the period. Otherwise VFR. A 5kft deck will become
a bit more extensive with heating. This will dissipate towards 00Z
with mid clouds spread across the area thereafter.
