...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN PENDER AND EAST CENTRAL
BLADEN COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM EDT...

At 439 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rowan, or 17 miles east of Elizabethtown, moving east...southeast at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Burgaw, Rowan, Penderlea, Point Caswell, Long Creek, Murray Town,
Rooks, Malpass Corner, Montague, Willard, Currie, Wards Corner, The
Borough, St. Helena, Atkinson, Watha, and Pender Memorial Hospital.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 391 and 399.
