...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BLADEN AND
NORTHEASTERN COLUMBUS COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 609 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Emerson, or 11 miles northeast of Whiteville, moving northeast at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Rowan, Lake Waccamaw, Sandyfield, Carvers, Lisbon, Lagoon, Elkton,
Council, Emerson, Kelly, Clarkton, White Lake, Bolton, and East
Arcadia.
