...PATCHY DENSE SEA FOG TO PERIODICALLY MOVE ONSHORE...

Areas of sea fog, with pockets of dense sea fog, may periodically
drift just onshore during this evening into the overnight.
Visibilties will lower to 1 to 3 miles at times, except within the
pockets of dense sea fog, less than 1/2 mile.

When encountering the fog, immediately SLOW down! Use low beam
headlights and allow extra braking distance between you and the
vehicle ahead.
