...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGETOWN COUNTY
THROUGH 345 PM EDT...

At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
North Santee, or 7 miles northwest of Yawkey South Island. This
thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown, Yawkey South Island, Winyah Bay Entrance, and North
Santee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
