* At 800 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Wr2 to near City Of Houston, moving east at 45
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower, Wreck 33, Wr2, Wr4, Frying Pan
