  at 11+ second periods combined with a NE wind chop.

* WHERE...Southeast North Carolina coastal waters.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Saturday to 9 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft especially
  when navigating through area inlets to and from the ocean from
  Cape Fear northward.
