At 129 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of scattered showers
and thunderstorms offshore capable of producing waterspouts and wind
gusts to 30 knots. The scattered showers and thunderstorms were
located from near Long Bay Terrace to near the Frying Pan Shoals
Light Tower and Wreck 33, moving west and southwest at 10 to 15
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and a few cloud to sea lightning strikes. If caught on the
open water, prepare for deteriorating conditions. Make sure you and
your crew are wearing properly fitted life jackets.

A few of these storms may produce waterspouts. Do not navigate
toward any waterspouts, instead move at right angles away from them.
