Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
312 AM EST Fri Jan 31 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Unseasonably warm and breezy conditions today with some
rainfall late inland and moving to the coast tonight as a cold
front passes through. High pressure will then return with warmer
than normal temps and generally dry weather through early next
week. A weak storm system could impact the area mid week bringing
the next chance of rain.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable.

Fog potential for tonight is Low to Moderate, mainly sea fog near
the coast.
