Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
311 AM EST Fri Nov 8 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Areas of fog early this morning should dissipate by mid to late
morning. A cold front moving across the area late Friday may
bring isolated showers during the afternoon or early evening.
The CFP will occur during Fri night followed by cooler and drier
conditions this weekend as high pressure builds in from the north.
Shower chances could return early next week ahead of the next
cold front.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable.

Fog potential for tonight is Moderate.
