Fire Weather Planning Forecast
for Northeast South Carolina and Southeast North Carolina
National Weather Service Wilmington NC
211 AM EDT Fri Jul 4 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Despite there being a stalled cold front offshore, there will be
little change to temperatures and humidity on Friday. Rain
chances should to focus across inland areas today before a
tropical air mass approaches the coast, bringing increased shower
and thunderstorm chances over the weekend across the area.

Wind profile analysis/fire control over flat terrain is Favorable.

Fog potential for tonight is Low.
