...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN ELK...NORTHEASTERN
COWLEY AND SOUTHEASTERN BUTLER COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...

At 434 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles northeast of Burden, or 19 miles northeast of Winfield, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Howard, Moline, Grenola, and Cambridge.
