...A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF MONTGOMERY...WILSON...
LABETTE...AND NEOSHO COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
less than a quarter of a mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 750 PM CST, a band of heavy snow was along
a line extending from 6 miles southeast of St. Paul to 5 miles
southeast of South Coffeyville and moving east at 35 MPH.

THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR...
  Edna and Altamont around 755 PM CST.
  Oswego around 800 PM CST.
  Chetopa around 815 PM CST.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time to reach your destination.
