...STRONG WEST AND NORTHWEST WINDS WILL IMPACT MCPHERSON...
NORTHERN RENO... WESTERN HARVEY...LINCOLN...RICE...
ELLSWORTH...RUSSELL...BARTON AND SALINE COUNTIES
THROUGH 730 PM CST...

At 609 PM CST, several sites have reported winds around 60 mph as
intense low pressure lifts off to the northeast. Strong winds are
expected to last a couple more hours before decreasing.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Salina, Hutchinson, Newton, Great Bend, Mcpherson, Russell, Lyons,
Hesston, Lindsborg, Ellsworth, Hoisington, South Hutchinson,
Sterling, Ellinwood, Halstead, Moundridge, Inman, Buhler, Nickerson,
and Burrton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 135 between Mile Markers 38 and 95.
 Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 176 and 264.
