...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN COWLEY AND
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM CDT...

At 507 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dexter, or 8 miles northwest of Cedar Vale, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sedan, Cedar Vale, Chautauqua, and Elgin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
