A few showers and storms have developed across portions of Kansas
and Nebraska this afternoon, and temperatures have generally risen
into the 80s and low 90s. Spotty shower and storms chances will
continue into the evening and overnight hours with a couple of
strong storms possible across western Kansas and western Nebraska.
Nighttime lows will drop into the 60s and 70s across the region.

For Saturday, lingering chances for a few spotty showers and
storms will be across portions of eastern Kansas and western
Missouri. Additional isolated storms are forecast across the High
Plains Saturday afternoon and evening as well. Afternoon highs
will be the 80s and 90s while nighttime lows drop into the 60s and
70s.
