Another cold night was observed across the region with early
morning temperatures ranging from the single digits below zero
over much of northern Kansas to the single digits above zero near
the Oklahoma state line. Early morning wind chills were hovering
in the zero to 10 below range although parts of northwest Kansas
experienced wind chills around 15 below.

A storm system will bring some light snow and snow flurries to
parts of Kansas today. Little or no accumulation is expected.
Below normal temperatures will continue although values will start
to rise. Afternoon highs are expected to top out in the upper 30s
in extreme southwest Kansas while those in northeast Kansas see
highs in the teens.

It will remain cold across the region again tonight with lows in
the single digits and teens, warmest in southwest Kansas.
