Mostly sunny skies, cool and muggy conditions were in place
across central and eastern Kansas today. Late afternoon
temperatures ranged from the middle 70s over north central Kansas
to around 80 over the remainder of the area.

Another round of storms are expected tonight across western and
southern Kansas along with the northern half of Oklahoma. Heavy
rain, hail and damaging winds will be possible with these storms.
Further north, some scattered showers and storms will be possible
over southern Nebraska tonight. For Saturday, morning storms will
be possible across much of Missouri, eastern Kansas and eastern
Oklahoma, but by the afternoon hours most of the rainfall should
be east of the area.

Overnight lows are expected to range from the mid 40s over western
Nebraska to the upper 60s over central Oklahoma. Highs on Saturday
are forecast to range from the 80s across Nebraska and Kansas to
the 70s across Iowa and Missouri.
