Showers and storms made their way off the High Plains of Colorado
and into Kansas and Oklahoma early this morning. Overnight low
temperatures were observed in the 50s and 60s across Nebraska and
Kansas, while warm lows in the 70s and even low 80s were observed
across portions of Oklahoma and Texas.

Lingering showers and a few storms will remain possible to start the
day while the system moves out of the region. Additional showers
and storms are expected to develop across the High Plains of
Colorado later this afternoon and roll into Kansas and Oklahoma
once again by late afternoon and evening. Afternoon high
temperatures in the 70s and 80s are forecast from Nebraska to
Oklahoma, with some areas near the Red River Valley expected to
reach the low 90s.

Rain chances will continue into the evening especially in southern
Kansas into Oklahoma. Overnight lows are anticipated to range from
the 40s and 50s across Nebraska to the 60s and low 70s across Kansas
and Oklahoma.
