It was a warm and breezy day across the region with afternoon
highs warming into the middle to upper 80s and southerly winds
gusting over 30 mph in some locations. Mostly clear skies
dominated the Plains states today.

Tonight, winds will diminish some, but will remain between 10 to
20 mph through the overnight hours. Temperatures will fall into
the lower to middle 60s under mostly clear conditions.

For Saturday, it`s shaping up to be another warm and windy day.
Temperatures will reach into the middle to upper 80s for nearly
all locations state wide. Southerly winds will be sustained
between 20 to 30 mph with a few gusts up to 45 mph across central
and western Kansas.
