Partly cloudy skies and very mild temperatures were in place
overnight across central and eastern Kansas. Early morning
readings ranged from the mid 70s over north central Kansas, to the
low 80s across the remainder of the area.

Showers and storms will be possible this morning from eastern
Nebraska into Iowa. For this afternoon, storms will be possible
from western Nebraska with storms becoming more widespread across
most of Nebraska tonight, as an upper level disturbance tracks
out of the Rockies.

Highs today will be around 105 degrees from central and western
Kansas and much of Oklahoma, to the upper 80s across much of
Nebraska. For tonight, lows will only fall to around 80 across
southern Kansas, with lows around 60 degrees over western
Nebraska.
