Breezy south winds with gusts up to around 30 mph at times
prevailed across central and eastern portions of Kansas today, as
low pressure deepened over the High Plains. It was warmer than
Sunday, with late afternoon temperatures ranging from near 70
degrees over far southwest Kansas, to 40s and 50s further east
across the state.

Patchy to areas of fog are expected later tonight into Tuesday
morning across portions of southern, central and eastern Kansas.
Where fog develops, a few slick spots are possible since forecast
low temperatures are in the 20s.

Mild weather for December standards will encompass the region
Tuesday, with forecast high temperatures in the 50s and 60s,
warmest over western Kansas.
