Northeast Kansas saw some high and mid clouds today while the
remainder of the area had plenty of sunshine once again.
Temperatures today were cooler than the last few days, with
afternoon highs ranging from the mid 70s over northeast Kansas, to
around 90 over southern portions of the state.

Early this evening, a few showers are expected to affect parts of
northeast Kansas into northern Missouri. Additional showers and
storms will develop late tonight from central Nebraska into
central Kansas, with much of this activity lingering through
Thursday morning as the rain tracks into eastern Kansas and
eastern Nebraska.

Overnight lows are expected to range from the upper 50s across
parts of central Nebraska to the low 70s across most of Oklahoma.
Look for highs on Thursday to range from around 100 over
southwest Kansas, to the upper 70s across eastern Nebraska into
Iowa.
