THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Barton and Russell Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
  Temperatures are forecast to fall near or below freezing which may
  create slick spots on roadways and especially bridges and
  overpasses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
