Isolated wind gusts up to around 60 mph may accompany the strongest activity, along with brief heavy rain. Most locations should remain thunderstorm-free. Better chances for thunderstorms look to be over central and north- central Kansas after midnight. Wind gusts up to around 60 mph and locally heavy rainfall may accompany the strongest activity. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday Heat indices in the 105 to 110 degree range are expected again on Sunday across far southeast Kansas. An isolated thunderstorm or two is possible over far southeast Kansas Sunday afternoon and evening, with additional low thunderstorm chances over far southern Kansas Sunday night. Additional thunderstorm chances are possible over mainly central Kansas Monday evening and night, with a few strong storms possible. Heat indices between 100-105 degrees are expected to return on Tuesday afternoon and early evening across much of central and eastern Kansas. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
