This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

While a few storms will be possible this afternoon, better storm
chances will arrive this evening and continue through the overnight
hours. Locations along and southeast of the Kansas Turnpike will
have the highest chances for storms. The stronger storms will be
capable of producing nickel to quarter size hail along with 50 to
60 mph winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Storms will be possible Saturday afternoon across far southeast
Kansas. A few strong to marginally severe storms will be possible.

Windy conditions are possible across central Kansas Saturday
afternoon with northwest winds around 25 to 30 mph, gusting to
around 35 to 45 mph.

Additional storm chances are possible during the latter portions of
next week.

Spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or tonight.
