This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Periods of moderate to heavy snow at times will continue accumulate
over the region this morning with an additional 1 to 3 inches
likely. Breezy north winds could create some blowing and drifting of
snow in open areas through the afternoon. Please refer to the
Winter Storm Warning and the Winter Weather Advisory products for
additional details.

Below zero wind chills are expected early this morning for central
Kansas, and area-wide late tonight. Wind chill values as cold as 15
below zero are likely for central Kansas late tonight. See latest
cold weather advisory for more details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Sub zero wind chills are expected area-wide Thursday morning with
the coldest values around 15 below zero likely for central Kansas.
A cold weather advisory is in effect through mid morning on
Thursday.

Two more storm systems are forecast to affect the region over the
coming days. The first storm system looks to bring more snow to the
region for late Friday night into Saturday. Meanwhile a second
system could bring yet another round of snow to the area early next
week. Stay tuned as we continue to refine forecast details in the
coming days.

Subzero wind chills will be possible again on Sunday morning as more
arctic air surges southward across the region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
