This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Chances for showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms will increase
from the west today, and persist through tonight and early Sunday,
with the highest chances over southern and southeast Kansas. Strong
or severe storms are not expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There is a small chance for an isolated severe thunderstorm late
Sunday afternoon and evening west of Interstate 135, with somewhat
better chances arriving late Monday afternoon and evening along and
southeast of the Kansas Turnpike. The strongest activity will be
capable of producing large hail, damaging winds, and a few
tornadoes.

Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms will remain possible over
mainly southern and southeast Kansas Tuesday through Thursday.
Strong to marginally severe storms are possible, along with heavy
rainfall and localized flooding.

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
