Triple digit heat indices remain possible Sunday afternoon, mainly over south-central and southeast Kansas. After a weak cool down, triple digit heat indices may return by Thursday of next week. A few isolated thunderstorms are possible areawide Saturday late afternoon, evening, and night. Greater chances for thunderstorms arrive late Sunday and persist through Monday night or Tuesday. Strong downburst winds and locally heavy rainfall may accompany the strongest activity. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
