This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon across areas
mainly along and east of the Flint Hills.

Heat indices up to 105 degrees are expected areawide this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Triple digit heat indices are expected each afternoon through early
evening areawide through Tuesday, then across southern Kansas on
Wednesday.

Thunderstorm chances return late Tuesday through Friday morning and
again next weekend. Locally heavy rainfall may lead to some
flooding concerns with the strongest activity, especially on
Wednesday.
