This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas,
east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Heat indices may exceed 100 degrees across portions of south-
central and southeast Kansas this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Chances for thunderstorms will increase this weekend with a few
strong storms possible mainly for Saturday afternoon and evening.
Some of the stronger storms will be capable of producing small hail,
gusty winds, and locally heavy rainfall.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated today or tonight.
